Role Overview:
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across digital channels with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels
- Own end-to-end campaign setup: targeting, creatives coordination, budgets, and optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
- Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams for campaign execution
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
- Ensure campaigns align with business goals and growth targets
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Campaign Management
- Mandatory experience in EdTech campaigns (lead-based funnels)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Data-driven mindset with good understanding of analytics tools
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
