**Wozku is hiring a Campaign Management Associate ā and this isn't your typical CS role.**
We're a Martech company helping B2B brands run sharper marketing campaigns. The person we're looking for will sit at the intersection of **clients, content, creative, and events** ā basically, wherever the action is.
If you love talking to people, have an eye for good content, can whip up a quick social creative on Figma, and don't mind being on the ground at an event making sure everything runs smoothly ā keep reading.
**What you'll actually do š**
ā¢ Be the go-to person for our B2B clients ā understand how they want to use Wozku in their marketing
ā¢ Review and moderate content going out for clients (tone, quality, B2B-readiness)
ā¢ Jump into Figma / Adobe to create or tweak social post creatives when needed
ā¢ Travel to client events and own on-ground execution ā logistics, vendors, last-minute fires
ā¢ Work closely with our content, design, and ops teams to deliver great campaigns
**What we're looking for šÆ**
ā¢ 0ā2 years of experience (yes, freshers are very welcome)
ā¢ **Strong communication skills** ā this is the core of the role. You'll be client-facing from day one.
ā¢ Hands-on with **Figma and Adobe tools** (Photoshop / Illustrator) ā enough to ship a social creative on your own
ā¢ A good eye for content ā you can tell what works for a B2B audience
ā¢ Comfortable travelling for events and managing operations on the ground
ā¢ Ownership mindset ā you don't wait to be told what to do next
**Bonus points for š**
ā¢ Internship or project experience in marketing, content, or events
ā¢ Exposure to B2B marketing or Martech
ā¢ Active on LinkedIn / understanding of how B2B social works
