Campaign & Creative Manager (CCM) Role

Role Overview
Campaign & Creative Managers provide end-to-end management of advertising campaigns on Amazon, delivering a seamless experience from creative strategy through launch. This role serves as the primary point of contact for advertisers, managing complex campaign execution while driving strategic recommendations and workflow improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Consultation
- Serve as knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and primary point of contact for campaign launches
- Educate advertisers on Amazon policies, creative best practices, and established workflows (SOPs)
- Lead strategic advertiser engagements including quarterly creative reviews, campaign kickoff calls, and creative performance deep dives
- Collaborate on internal business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Campaign Execution & Management
- Project manage execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, Ad Operations, Sales, Ad Policy, Product teams, and external stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and lifecycle
- Oversee creative asset management and trafficking (1P and 3P)
- Perform quality assurance and technical troubleshooting throughout campaign lifecycle
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Analyze campaign results to deliver creative and strategic recommendations that optimize advertiser KPIs
- Provide campaign insights to continuously optimize performance and advertiser satisfaction
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to provide friction-free experience with partners
Operational Excellence
- Own and execute billing and reconciliation processes
- Drive process improvement and workflow optimization
- Deliver against key business metrics to maintain high bar for service quality
Required Experience & Skillset
- 4+ years relevant experience in digital media, advertising, and/or account management in client-facing role(s)
- Experience in programmatic advertising and providing hands-on service in DSPs
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify key insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
- Excellent organization, relationship-building and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with creative and tracking tags
- Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, and Salesforce
Tools & Systems
- Salesforce – task management system
- Amazon DSP – ad server
- Amazon Order Management System (OMS) - billing
- MS Office - email, media plan interpretation, performance and reporting
- Photoshop, Canva - asset scrubbing
