Role Overview:
This role will support end-to-end campaign execution and work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support campaign setup and execution across various campaign types (Example: webinars, roundtables, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CS, Sales, Ops) to ensure smooth campaign handover and delivery
- Manage project/event timelines, trackers, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with vendor coordination and follow-ups where required
- Monitor Project/ event progress and proactively flag risks or delays
- Support data tracking, reporting, and campaign performance updates
- Ensure all campaign details align with internal processes and quality standards
- Support manager in managing multiple campaigns across regions (APAC, EMEA, etc.)
Requirement:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-region environment
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
