SafeAeon Inc. is Hiring: Campaign Assistant
- Create and send email campaigns using tools like Mailshake, Mailchimp or HubSpot Marketing etc.
- Upload and manage email contact lists
- Segment contacts based on campaign needs
- Draft and format email content (or use templates)
- Set up follow-up emails and sequences
- Check emails before sending (links, names, formatting) and drive optimization by implementing A/B testing and campaign best practices.
- Ensure campaigns follow compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Track campaign performance (opens, clicks, replies)
- Share reports on campaign results
- Fix issues like bounced emails or wrong targeting
- Communicate campaign status, results, and insights to management and key stakeholders to align expectations and support informed decision-making.
