ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Cameraman / Video Content Creator to shoot high-quality digital content using DSLR and mobile devices. The ideal candidate should understand basic lighting and audio setups, be comfortable editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, and be able to take ownership from shoot setup to final edit — including using AI tools to generate supporting visuals or B-roll where required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Shoot video content using DSLR and mobile phones for interviews, explainers, product walkthroughs, market updates, and B-roll
• Set up basic lighting and audio equipment for in-house shoots
• Frame, compose, and capture footage suitable for digital-first platforms
• Edit videos for short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Add basic motion graphics, titles, transitions, and subtitles where required
• Cover office events and travel for shoots within Mumbai or outside, as required
• Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to generate supporting visuals or B-roll where needed
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and research teams during shoots
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content in line with production schedules
• Maintain basic video equipment and ensure readiness for shoots

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in video shooting and editing
• Hands-on experience with DSLR and mobile phone shooting
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects or similar is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering for generating B-roll or visual assets
• Familiarity with social media video content
• Ability to manage quick, independent shoot setups
