Job Summary
Political Minds is looking for a creative and energetic Cameraman/Videographer to capture high-quality photos and videos for political campaigns, public meetings, events, interviews, and social media content. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling and capable of working in a fast-paced political environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality videos and photographs of political events, rallies, meetings, and public interactions.
* Shoot interviews, campaign promotions, testimonials, and social media content.
* Plan camera angles, lighting, and framing to produce professional-quality visuals.
* Operate DSLR, Mirrorless, Gimbal, Drone (preferred), and other camera equipment.
* Coordinate with the digital and campaign teams to execute content plans.
* Travel to campaign locations and cover field activities.
* Ensure timely delivery of raw footage and maintain organized file management.
* Assist in live streaming and event coverage when required.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in videography or photography.
* Proficiency in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and camera accessories.
* Basic knowledge of lighting, composition, and audio recording.
* Experience in political, news, event, or documentary shooting is an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours during campaign periods.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
* Experience with Gimbal and Drone operations.
* Creative storytelling and cinematic shooting techniques.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
