About the role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment are looking for a Talent Development Associate to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of our talent and development programmes. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help to identify development needs, and design and deliver engaging learning solutions to support our talent agenda. Key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the design and delivery of our talent and development programmes, working closely with key stakeholders across the business - Contributing to the design and delivery of our graduate and internship programmes - Supporting the implementation of our talent review and succession planning processes - Assisting with the administration and coordination of our learning and development activities - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent and development offer - Providing excellent customer service to our internal partners
