About the role

The Capital, Estates and Facilities Directorate are seeking to recruit a qualified Senior Project Manager with experience of working in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team on a wide range of challenging capital projects. The successful applicant will work within the Capital Planning and Development Team, working alongside a dedicated team of project and engineering managers, clerk of works and support staff. The role of the Senior Project Manager is to support theCapital Projects and Development Manager, in close cooperation with other Estates Officers in the delivery ofcapital projects within the Estates & Facilities Directorate. The post holder will form part of a multi-disciplined team whose role is to provide the best possibleservice to Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will have bothgroup and individual responsibilities for defined aspects of the service but will ensure theircontribution is beneficial to other departments within the Trust, as well as the Capital Planning andDevelopment team so as to fulfil the Trust's overall objectives.
