Role Description
Panbai International School is seeking a dedicated Cambridge PYP English Teacher for an on-site, full-time position in Mumbai. The responsibilities of the role include designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching English as per the Cambridge Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum, and fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment. The teacher will also be expected to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues while promoting a love of learning and creative thinking skills among students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and experience teaching English within the Cambridge curriculum framework.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies aligned with the Primary Years Programme.
- Excellent Teaching and Communication skills to engage and inspire young learners effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; a teaching certification in the Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching at an international school or working with the Cambridge curriculum is a plus.
- Ability to foster a positive classroom environment and manage student engagement effectively.
