Position Salary Range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour 

Paid time off:

  • An accrual of 80 hours Vacation
  • Up to 6 paid sick days per year. (varies based on state sick leave laws)
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 2 paid floating holidays.

We seek an Administrative Assistant for our multifamily development business in Tacoma, WA. In this position, an individual will assist all administrative persons from Development through Construction to Management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for signature
  • Scan documents
  • File hard and electronic copies of documents
  • Process invoices and check requests
  • Assist with construction draw process
  • Assist with development projects
  • Keep copiers at ready
  • Coordinate Mail, FedEx, and package receipt and delivery
  • Generate letters and correspondences
  • Coordinate conference calls and meetings including invitations and scheduling

Skills:

  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Intermediate to Advanced level Excel
  • Excellent follow-up
  • Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus pay
