Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Cambridge-IB English Teacher. The selected candidate will be responsible for
- creating lesson plans
- delivering engaging and effective English lessons
- preparing students for Cambridge-IB curricula assessments
- fostering both language proficiency and critical thinking skills in students
Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and participating in ongoing professional development and school activities to ensure a vibrant learning environment.
Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
- Experience in creating effective Lesson Plans and curriculum design
- Strong abilities in Communication and interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge and background in Education systems, particularly in the Cambridge and IB curriculum
- Relevant teaching certification(s) or licensure
- Proven ability to inspire and engage learners of various age groups
- Experience working in international schools or similar environments is advantageous
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
