Job Description

Are you passionate about improving public services through smart design, data insights and digital innovation?

We are looking for two dynamic Business Analysts to join our team to play a key role in redesigning services, optimising processes and driving lasting positive change across a wide range of areas.

In this role you will:

  • Analyse business structures, models and customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead process redesign and improvement initiatives, supporting digital enablement and modern ways of working
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, service teams and partners to deliver customer-focused, data-driven outcomes
  • Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement using robust business analysis techniques and insight
  • Support strategic decision-making by evaluating business cases and prioritising initiatives

We are looking for a skilled and confident analyst with experience leading process improvement projects, designing digital-first services and engaging stakeholders. You will have a strong grasp of business analysis tools and techniques and be able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
