General Description of Role: Reporting directly to the Company’s General Counsel, the Legal Counsel, India will focus primarily on commercial agreements supporting the Asia Pacific sales team, Made in India and other regulatory initiatives in India, corporate compliance and human resources, and will have a broad range of responsibilities as part of a small but fast‐growing Legal team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned attorney who can draft, negotiate and manage a wide variety of inbound and outbound commercial agreements in an extremely fast‐paced environment, including distribution and reseller agreements, end user agreements, license agreements and various procurement agreements.
