Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAM Programmer for 5-axis machining. Responsibilities include the development and optimization of CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings for precise machining, ensuring efficient use of milling and machining equipment, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet production goals. The role also requires troubleshooting and refining programs to improve quality and reduce production time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing interpretation and application
- Hands-on experience in Milling and Machining operations
- Competence in Programming and CNC Programming
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize machining processes
- Familiarity with CAM software and manufacturing workflows
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or materials production industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
