Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure web applications that power our talent acquisition and management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and Node.js on the backend. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code optimization, testing, and deployment best practices. - Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow their technical skills. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. - Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and Node.js for server-side development. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. - Strong understanding of software design patterns, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with containerization and cloud deployment using platforms like Docker and AWS. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment. - Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers is a plus.
