- Develop and implement novel molecular amplification and detection strategies.
- Analyze, interpret, and guide quantitative data analysis and modeling.
- Collaborate with PI and external clinical/research partners.
- Contribute to manuscripts, presentations, and grant development.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant scientific experience.
- Extensive experience in immunoassay development (ELISA or similar platforms).
- Experience with ultrasensitive detection platforms (HCR, RCA, digital ELISA, etc.).
- Experience with molecular biology techniques (DNA-based amplification, probe design).
- Strong experimental design and data analysis skills.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary research environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects and develop experimental strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in biomarker development for clinical or translational research.
- Experience with antibody conjugation and assay optimization.
