Some of the key responsibilities will include: 

• Source, identify and interview suitable Quant talent across India & Overseas. 
• Screen & Interview candidates on the Phone / Video / face to face to determine their suitability for the job 
• Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies. 
• Generate new candidates and leads through referrals and market information. 
• Engage with clients and build professional relationship for continuous workflow. 
• To utilize the database effectively while searching and record keeping. 
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently and use their own initiative. 

To be eligible for this role you will require: 

• Learning attitude and competitive mind set. 
• 5+ years of experience in Quant hiring 
• Excellent email and verbal communication skills in English is essential. 
• Decent understanding of MS Office and MS Outlook
