Portfolio Specialist – Analyst

Our client is a global financial services firm focused on investment banking, investment management, wealth management and fund services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal risk. • Collaborate closely with investment teams to align with portfolio strategy and themes. • Support sales, client servicing, and product teams in driving asset growth. • Create and review client materials (presentations, RFPs, reports). • Represent investment team in client interactions and resolve queries promptly. • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of portfolio reviews and updates. • Coordinate with tech and operations to execute initiatives and improve processes. Desired Skills: • Preferably in fixed income or asset management. • Strong team and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication and project management abilities. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. • Proficient in Bloomberg, Aladdin, Excel, PowerPoint; programming is a plus. • Professional certifications like CFA/IMC preferred.
