We are looking for a proactive and confident Calling Operator to manage customer interactions, handle service-related queries, and ensure a smooth communication experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers and resolving their concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with service requests and inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and process
- Maintain call records and update data in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Confident speaking over calls with a clear and polite tone
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple calls
- Prior experience in calling/customer support is a plus

- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
