Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Calling Executive at Claim Salahkar, located in Ahmedabad. The Calling Executive will primarily communicate with customers to address their queries regarding claim Salahkar services, assist with claim data processing, and provide necessary guidance regarding services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with the internal team to resolve issues, and building trust through prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers
- Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in customer service, tele-calling, or a related field is an advantage
- Understanding of insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
- Fluency in local languages alongside proficiency in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
