Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Calling Executive located in Guwahati. The Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or candidates, providing information about job opportunities or services, and helping connect individuals to suitable roles. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to achieve the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, telephonic etiquette, and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and providing excellent client service
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email
- Previous experience in a calling or customer service role is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is preferred
