Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Tiruppur. As a Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to share information about Zugo’s marketing and IT solutions services. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, handling client inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also involves promoting and explaining the company's products and services with the objective of building strong client relationships and achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients
- Basic computer and data entry skills for maintaining call records
- Proficiency in English and local languages
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing or telecaller role is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
