Position Details
Role: Telecaller
Location: Chennai (In-Office)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Salary + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Introduce and explain our services clearly
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Support the team in generating new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• Good communication skills (Tamil and basic English preferred)
• Confidence in speaking with people over the phone
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
Educational qualification is not the main priority.
What matters most is dedication, enthusiasm, and the willingness to learn and grow.
