Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, based in Kerala, India. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing users to provide information about the Xylem Learning App, answer questions, address customer concerns, and ensure a positive user experience. Additionally, the role involves collecting feedback, updating customer account information, and supporting the company's enrollment and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Basic computer and data entry skills for handling customer information
- Ability to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries or concerns professionally
- Sales and persuasive skills to promote the app and encourage enrollment
- Customer service experience or equivalent skills in handling user relations
- Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Kerala
- Problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in educational services or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory
