Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Coimbatore. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, provide information about services, and support lead generation and follow-up activities. Daily responsibilities include explaining digital marketing and web services, clarifying client queries, updating call records in the system, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams on potential opportunities. The role also involves maintaining professional communication, meeting call targets, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. The Caller is expected to adhere to company processes, participate in team meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of call quality.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident phone etiquette.
- Ability to understand and explain basic concepts of digital marketing, web design, and related services.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and concerns.
- Basic computer literacy, including using CRM tools or spreadsheets to record and track calls.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; graduation is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about digital services, adapt to feedback, and work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
