🔍 Job Overview
We are hiring a result-oriented Telecaller to support our Retail and HORECA business operations. The role involves interacting with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, corporate clients, and retail customers to generate inquiries, confirm orders, follow up on leads, and build long-term business relationships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and retail clients (HORECA & Retail)
• Handle inbound calls related to product inquiries, bulk orders, pricing, and service details
• Generate and qualify B2B leads for HORECA and corporate clients
• Explain company offerings clearly (food products, catering services, retail supplies, bulk orders)
• Follow up on quotations, samples, trial orders, and pending confirmations
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM / Excel
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat HORECA and retail clients
• Support sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches
• Collect market feedback and customer requirements for business improvement

✅ Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
• Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / B2B Calling preferred
• Exposure to Retail or HORECA industry is a strong advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Professional attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset
