Role Description
We are seeking a Caller for a part-time remote role. The Caller will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, managing client communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining updated records of call outcomes. Other tasks include providing timely follow-up, gathering pertinent information, and ensuring clients have a positive experience during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to effectively manage scheduling, time, and multi-tasking
- Understanding of customer service principles and client-focused communication
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience in a similar role or client-facing position is preferred
