This is a full-time, Caller role. The Caller will engage with clients and job seekers, providing assistance and gathering feedback through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Responsibilities include conducting follow-ups, providing customer support, and sharing relevant information about job opportunities or platform features. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in managing calls, emails, and using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or recruitment is a plus
- Comfort in adapting to evolving digital tools and technology platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
