Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in Lucknow. The Caller will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service over the phone, and addressing customer inquiries or feedback. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, updating information in databases, coordinating with restaurant staff for seamless operations, and contributing to a positive guest experience through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer calls professionally
- Proficiency in managing records, updating databases, and basic computer skills
- Problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in local and English languages is an advantage
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
