Role Description
As a Telecalling Specialist at Stallions, you will play a vital role in driving sales through effective communication and client engagement. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining product offerings, answering queries, and maintaining a detailed record of interactions. You will develop and nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Strong telecalling and customer service expertise.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Organizational and time-management abilities for effective lead tracking.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or other regional languages as applicable.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
