Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in Siliguri. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, verifying and updating customer information, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate details about the company’s accommodations and services. In addition, the role includes following up on leads, maintaining records of interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication. The Caller will also collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer interactions and provide feedback for service enhancement.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and build positive relationships
- Proficient in record-keeping and basic data entry
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in regional languages and English is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer service are an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
