Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Caller for our on-site location in Guwahati. The Caller will be responsible for conducting phone-based communication with potential students to provide information regarding course offerings, admission processes, and other relevant details. Responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining call logs, addressing queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires maintaining an organized database of student information and collaborating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate call logs and records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data management
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented
- Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is an advantage
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent education
