Role Description
This is a full-time remote job. The position involves daily tasks such as making outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing product or service information, building rapport, and resolving issues effectively. The Caller will play a key role in customer engagement and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate call records and adhering to company protocols.
📌 Job Role: Tele-calling Executive – Outbound (Confirmation/Sales)

💰 Compensation: ₹18k–20k
⏰ Shift: 8–10 Hours

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer relationship management and customer service experience
- Ability to handle rejection and resolve customer queries in a professional manner
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain accurate call records
- Organizational and time management skills to manage schedules effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in communication is a plus
