Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time Caller role at Saksham Digital Technology, located on-site in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities will include calling prospective students or clients to provide information about our coding courses and offerings, answering queries, maintaining call records, and providing excellent support to ensure a positive experience. The Caller will also assist in coordinating and scheduling follow-ups to nurture interest in our programs.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle objections, answer questions, and provide solutions with patience and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of technology, coding programs, or an eagerness to learn about coding-related topics
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM tools or call systems is an advantage
- Good organizational skills to maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- High level of self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Hindi and English is highly desirable
