Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role. As a Caller, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents to communicate information about our educational programs and services. You will handle inquiries, provide guidance on course offerings, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Your role will also include building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers to support their educational goals.
Job Location: Moshi (Pune)
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide professional guidance to stakeholders
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing follow-ups effectively
- Customer service experience and willingness to build positive relationships with leads
- Proficiency in regional languages, in addition to English, is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with educational consultancy or related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus
