Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in chennai. As a Caller, you will be responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, providing information about services offered, and addressing patient queries. You will also assist in maintaining patient records, follow up with clients, and ensure seamless communication between the clinic and its patients. Your role will be pivotal in providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and other regional languages considered an advantage
- Ability to manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and follow-ups effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations
- Proficiency in using office software and telecommunication tools
- Customer service experience or previous administrative roles in the healthcare or dental industry are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare administration or customer service is advantageous
