Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Caller. The responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to potential and existing clients, clearly explaining products and services, and addressing customer inquiries. The Caller will also manage lead generation, maintain detailed call logs, and provide feedback to the team to enhance customer engagement and service strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate call logs
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
- Prior experience in B2B or trading platforms is a plus
