Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to provide information about training programs, clarify course details, and respond to inquiries from prospective and current learners. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating learner information in internal systems, following up on leads, and coordinating with the admissions or training team to schedule counseling sessions or enrollments. The role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining professional and courteous communication, and sharing feedback from callers to help improve services and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, handle queries efficiently, and follow structured call scripts where required.
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry, use of CRM or call management tools, and email communication.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to track follow-ups, appointments, and call outcomes.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused during calls.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Delhi, India, and collaborating with admissions and training teams.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
