Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller based in South Delhi. The Caller will engage with prospective students and parents to provide information about MedNext’s FMGE coaching programs. Responsibilities include contacting leads, answering questions, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of communications. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer service abilities with a focus on building positive rapport
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Organizational skills for maintaining records and following up effectively
- Previous experience in telecalling or a customer-focused role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Preference for candidates familiar with the field of medical education or testing
