Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller located in Raipur. The Caller will engage with students, alumni, and other stakeholders primarily over the phone. Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, providing information about the institution, answering queries, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate call records. Collaboration with internal teams to address concerns and provide required follow-ups will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to build a positive rapport with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle inquiries and manage follow-ups effectively with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with word processing tools and call management systems.
- Organizational and time management skills to ensure timely resolution of calls and inquiries.
- Prior experience in a similar role or field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
