Job Title: Tele sales Executive Associate/Outbound Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Sell Large Private Bank financial products (e.g., Insurance, Investments – Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance ) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
- Sell Large Private Bank financial products (e.g., loans ,credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
- Update customer records and database.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- 1 year of sales experience (Preferred Insurance Background or any sales background )
- 0-1 years of sales experience (tele sales /outbound preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
