The Role
We're hiring a Tele-Caller & Lead Conversion Specialist who will sit at the heart of our sales engine. You'll be the first human voice our prospects hear — the bridge between a curious lead and a closed client. This is not a "read-from-a-script" role. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys conversations, understands people, and knows how to guide a prospect from "tell me more" to "let's get started."
What You'll Do
- Call inbound and outbound leads daily across multiple verticals
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business, needs, and decision-making timeline
- Capture complete, accurate lead information into our CRM and internal systems
- Follow up consistently across calls, WhatsApp, and email until a clear yes or no
- Convert warm leads into booked discovery calls with our founders and project managers
- Build genuine rapport — clients should feel heard, not pitched
- Share field insights with the sales and product team to sharpen our positioning
- Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets with a calm, consistent approach
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (freshers with exceptional communication can also apply)
- Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English — comfortable switching based on the prospect
- A natural conversationalist with a warm, confident phone presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups
- Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools
- Curious about AI, technology, and how businesses actually work
- Self-driven — you take ownership of your numbers without needing to be pushed
Bonus Points If You
- Have sold B2B services, SaaS, or technology solutions before
- Have worked with founder-led startups
- Are active on LinkedIn or other platforms and understand how modern outreach works
