Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Agra. The selected candidate will be responsible for making and managing calls to potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and build strong business relationships. They will also handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to address client needs, and maintain a detailed database of conversations and client feedback. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to manage calls professionally and maintain accurate call records
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping for client interactions
- Basic knowledge of ferrous metal scrap industry is a plus
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer queries effectively
- Willingness to work on-site in Agra and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or higher education qualification required
