Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Solapur. In this role, the caller will make and receive calls to support business processes, provide information to clients or customers, and record accurate details in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include following call scripts or guidelines, resolving basic questions or concerns, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The caller will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet call targets, maintain service quality, and ensure a professional and courteous communication style at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional telephone manner.
- Ability to listen actively, understand caller needs, and respond in a courteous, solution-oriented way.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfortable use of call management tools and data entry in software applications.
- Organizational skills to maintain call records, follow workflows, and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Solapur and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th grade) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to changing processes and performance goals.
