Role: Tele-caller
Type: Full-Time / Internship
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
PPO Eligibility: Yes – based on performance after 1 year
Location: On-site
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with leads
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate call logs and customer information
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
• Handle customer objections professionally and escalate issues when required
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements• Any graduate or 12th pass; fresher or 0–1 year of experience in tele-calling/sales
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection gracefully
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM usage
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
