Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to provide information about our real estate offerings, answering inquiries, and addressing client concerns. The role will also involve maintaining and updating customer databases, scheduling appointments, and building strong rapport with clients to generate interest and achieve set targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns professionally
- Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and using CRM tools
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Experience in real estate or a sales-related field is an advantage
- Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
