Location: Gurgaon

Experience: Min 6 months experience in inbound/outbound calling, customer support/sales/front desk anything!

Role:

• Make outbound calls to candidates/customers

• Explain courses/services & resolve queries

• Handle inbound calls professionally

• Maintain follow-ups and call records

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Confident, persuasive & target-driven

• Experience in Telecalling / BPO / Sales is a plus
