Role Description
This on-site, full-time Caller role is based in Amloh. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential students, sharing information about university programs, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospects through the admissions process. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of calls, sending follow-up communications, and collaborating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, telephonic communication, or call center roles
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry and record management
- Persuasive and professional attitude while interacting with prospective students
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to enrollment targets
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in education or academic counseling will be an advantage
