Job Role:Telecaller Executive
Loc: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services (IT solutions, networking, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update client data in systems
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for sales executives
- Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion goals
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and tools
- Interest in IT products/services is a plus
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
